The Soroptimist Live Your Dream Awards® are cash awards given to motivated women who are the primary financial supporters of their families. These recipients of the awards seek to improve their lives by gaining additional skills, training or education, but do not have the resources to do so. These cash awards are meant to offset any costs associated with the recipient’s efforts to attain higher education, including tuition, books, supplies, child care or transportation costs.

Soroptimist clubs work in partnership with girls, in small groups or a conference setting, delivering information and resources for developing skills to achieve their goals. Topics include career opportunities, setting and achieving goals, overcoming obstacles to success and how to move forward after setbacks or failures.

Live Your Dream Movement

Soroptimist® also sponsors LiveYourDream.org®, a movement fiercely dedicated to ensuring every woman and girl has the opportunity to reach her full potential, be free from violence, and live her dreams. Its purpose is to engage a new, vibrant community of activists and volunteers with our Soroptimist dream programs.
